Over time, do the people doing the most feel more supported — or more depended on?
Does contribution lead to ownership or increased control over resources?
When someone creates value here, do they accumulate stability — or does value move elsewhere?
Does repeated engagement change the underlying conditions that made the intervention necessary?
Is the need for this work decreasing over time — or does the system require it to continue?
