Supervision and support
Paired with an editor in the newsroom. Monthly group calls with other reviewers. Direct access to Marc for methodological questions.
Recovery time built in
You set your own schedule. You say no to submissions. One month off per year without notice. You can step back anytime.
What this role does not require
Academic credentials. Published work. Institutional affiliation. You are trusted because you think clearly, not because you have degrees.
