I've published 40+ signal reports, built 12 public tools, run a weekly newsroom, produced the Social Emotional Stock Market, launched the Convivial Express labor registry, and written enough to fill two books. None of it is behind a paywall. All of it is free.
The work is real. The reach is real. $134M went into Indianapolis education reform and produced 5.8% proficiency for Black students. I documented that. I built the framework to understand why. And I gave it away.
What I haven't built is a way to sustain the building. I'm 49 today. I want to spend the next decade finishing what was started: the flagship report, the neighborhood liberation tools, the abolitionist framework for institutional repair.
I'm not asking for charity. I'm asking you to become a founder of something that doesn't have a corporate sponsor, an academic institution, or a grant cycle. Just the work and the people who believe in it.
"The community already contained everything it needed. The work was to stop extracting from it while calling that care."
Marc McAleavey, MSW
There are no tiers here. No levels. No better-than. Whatever you give is the right amount. It is all liberation.
Give what you have. Give what you believe the work is worth. Give what feels true. Then add your name to the wall below, because every name matters equally.

"I built the thing. Now let's see if we can keep it standing."
"The work is not to deliver resources to them. It is to stop extracting from them while calling it care."
